Bill was engaged by the TX based energy division of a major IL company to analyze the division driver's safety program and compare it to state-of-the-art programs.

The analysis indicated that the program needed small adjustments to their training and auditing areas and a more significant adjustment to the sharing of accident investigations and near-miss reports.

Bill also recommended that the division institute a recognition and reward system for those with an outstanding safe driving record.
