The Vice President of Sales engaged Bill to help with ideas/concepts for the company to use to identify and target potential customers in an adjacent county, where the company's market share was very low.

The recommendations included the development of a customer satisfaction/customer profile survey. From the survey results, the company could develop new offerings for their existing clients and use the profile information to selectively target neighborhoods in the adjacent county that would yield the highest return on sales dollar investment.

Ultimately, the owner cancelled the expansion project due to concerns with the economic conditions.
