Do you work outside of the Piedmont triad area of North Carolina?
Yes, we work nationwide for sales effectiveness projects.
For business consulting work, we generally work within a 1 hour radius of the Piedmont Triad. If you are outside the area and want assistance, please contact us and we’ll see how we can help you.

What do you charge?
The business profiling tools range from $400 to $2500. Retainer agreements begin at $700 per month. Project work is billed by the hour. Larger projects charges are negotiated with the client prior to beginning any work. Behavior profiling tools vary by what is requested. Please contact us for an estimate.

What is a “typical” retainer agreement?
The typical retainer agreement is for 16 hours per month of consulting time and lasts from 9 to 12 months. The smallest retainer agreement is for 4 hours per month.

How do I know how much time I’ll need?
It depends on what needs to be worked on and how much time the business owner (or their delegate) has to work with the consultant. Generally, the business owner and the consultant will reach an agreement early in the process.

You worked for a large company for over 32 years. Why do you think you can help small to mid-sized companies with their problems?
Many of the problems are the same, but at a very different scale. Our background includes manufacturing, product development, sales, market development, technology, budgeting, people management and large team leadership. In addition, in order to become an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, we had to go through an extensive vetting process proving we had the skills and abilities to help small to mid-sized businesses.
