The first is CoreDevelop™. This tool is used to assess individual's behavioral and competency strengths and development needs. It measures 33 behavioral dimensions and 12 behavioral competency areas. The report can be customized for any organization or can be measured against standard success profiles developed from The Devine Group's vast database. A tool is included for the employee to construct a growth and development plan.
The second tool is CoreCoach™. This tool is similar to the one above, but it is written for the direct supervisor or coach of the employee in order to facilitate the coaching process for behavioral development.
